Problem: Per title.
Possible solution: You may be using a cell phone as a camera via the "Synology LiveCam" app.
If so, Surveillance Station is not able to do the settings for that camera because the relevant settings are done in the app itself. Tap the gear icon on the LiveCam app screen to find them.
If that's not it, the most likely possibility is that the account you are using does not have permissions to use Surveillance Station. This will have to be fixed in the Control Panel settings of the NAS itself.
